Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Networks, Control Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration.
- Assessing needs and requirements for control system networks; designing and operating wired and wireless networks for control systems; and monitoring their performance.
- Performing backups for control system network components and connecting control system components to the network.
- Approving the periodic maintenance plan for all network components in coordination with the relevant team.
- Supervising the installation and operation of the communication network infrastructure for control systems.
- Supervising the implementation of required updates in compliance with the latest versions and cybersecurity requirements.
- Developing strategic plans to meet the unit's needs and requirements.
- Analyzing network performance, monitoring, test reports, and periodic reviews to identify optimal technology trends.
- Preparing and testing business continuity plans, and ensuring readiness for potential issues.
- Operating and monitoring the performance of wireless networks for control systems, and providing network support for these systems. · Periodically applying risk management methodologies and controls.
- Executing projects, monitoring deliverables, and providing the necessary reports to ensure their success.
- Holding accredited Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) in network administration.
- Developing strategic plans for the operation and maintenance of infrastructure components.
- Managing LAN and WAN networks in compliance with recognized global standards (e.g., NIST).
- Interacting with network users and resolving operational issues.
- Performing network component backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Installing and commissioning new network components and integrating them with existing networks.
- Ability to operate, maintain, and upgrade the existing network.
- Monitoring network performance and operations, and analyzing data to enhance network efficiency and development.
- Understanding network infrastructure; diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network-related issues.
- Liaise with technology vendors (Dell, Cisco, VMware, Fortinet) to utilize available technical support services (ticketing systems).
- Secure network resources and implement optimal security policies across infrastructure components.
- Apply best practices for protecting data, control systems, and network equipment by planning and implementing network security standards aligned with NIST guidelines.
- Manage sub-networks connecting the headquarters with the organization's various sectors (SD-WAN/WAN).
- Install and commission new network components and integrate them with existing networks.
- Manage wireless networks utilizing Microwave PTP solutions.
- Prepare documentation and procedures regarding infrastructure configurations, implemented modifications, and maintenance activities.
- Execute periodic maintenance plans for all network components.
- Provide technical advice on upgrading infrastructure resources and data center facilities.
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices and international standards (NIST) for the operation and management of infrastructure components. · Reviewing technical proposals submitted by specialized companies and participating in evaluating their quality and potential value.
- Performing network component backups and disaster recovery.
- Demonstrating the ability to transfer knowledge and train the team.
- Completing other required tasks and duties that serve the department's interests.
لا يقل عن درجة البكالوريوس في تخصصات شبكات الحاسب الآلي، أو أنظمة التحكم، أو علوم الحاسب، او ما يعادلها.
- متطلب خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الشبكات.
- دراسة احتياج ومتطلبات شبكات أنظمة التحكم، وتصميمها، وتشغيل الشبكة السلكية واللاسلكية الخاصة بأنظمة التحكم، ومتابعة أداؤها.
- عمل النسخ الاحتياطية لمكونات الشبكات الخاصة بأنظمة التحكم، وربط مكونات أنظمة التحكم بالشبكة.
- اعتماد خطة الصيانة الدورية على جميع مكونات الشبكة مع الفريق المختص.
- الاشراف عل ى تركيب وتشغيل منظومة البنية التحتية لشبكات الاتصال الخاصة بأنظمة التحكم.
- الاشراف عل ى عمل التحديثات المطلوبة بما يتوافق مع أحدث الإصدارات ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني.
- وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية اللازمة لتلبية احتياجات ومتطلبات الوحدة.
- تحليل أداء ومراقبة الشبكة وتقارير الاختبار والاستعراضات الدورية لتحديد أفضل التوجهات في التقنيات المستخدمة.
- إعداد خطط استمرارية أعمال، واختبارها، والتأكد من جاهزيتها في حال وقوع أي مشكلة.
- تشغيل الشبكة اللاسلكية الخاصة بأنظمة التحكم، ومتابعة أداؤها، ودعم الشبكات الخاصة بأنظمة التحكم.
- تطبيق منهجية وضوابط المخاطر بشكل دوري.
- تنفيذ المشاريع ومتابعة مخرجاتها وتقديم التقارير اللازمة لنجاحها.
- حاصل على شهادة معتمدة من شركة سيسكو ) CCNA) (CCNP) في إدارة الشبكات.
- وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية لتشغيل وصيانة مكونات البنية التحتية.
- إدارة الشبكات المحلية والواسعة LAN & WAN بما يتوافق مع المعايير العالمية المعتمدة NIST Stander.
- التعامل مع مستخدمي الشبكة وحل المشاكل التي تطرأ أثناء عملية التشغيل.
- النسخ الاحتياطي لمكونات الشبكة والتعافي من الكوارث.
- تركيب وتشغيل مكونات الشبكة الجديدة وربطها بالشبكات الحالية.
- القدرة على تشغيل وصيانة وترقية الشبكة الحالية.
- مراقبة أداء وتشغيل الشبكة وتحليل البيانات التي من شأنها تسهم في تطوير ورفع كفاءة عمل الشبكة.
- فهم البنية التحتية للشبكات. تشخيص واستكشاف الأعطال وحل المشاكل المتعلقة بالشبكة.
- التواصل مع الشركات التقنية الأم (-Dell - Cisco – VMWare – Fortinet) للاستفادة من خدمات الدعم الفني المقدمة Ticketing Support
- القدرة على تأمين مصادر الشبكة وتطبيق أفضل السياسات الأمنية المعتمدة على مكونات البنية التحتية.
- تطبيق أفضل الممارسات على حماية البيانات أنظمة التحكم ومعدات الشبكات وذلك عن طريق تنظيم وتخطيط وتطبيق معايير أمن الشبكات فيما يتوافق مع المعاير المعتمدة من NIST Stander.
- إدارة الشبكات الفرعية والتي تعمل بين المقر الرئيسي والقطاعات التابعة للمؤسسة -SD-WAN WAN Network
- تركيب وتشغيل مكونات الشبكة الجديدة وربطها بالشبكات الحالية.
- إدارة الشبكات اللاسلكية التي تعمل على تقنية Microwave PTP Solution
- القدرة على إعداد الوثائق والإجراءات الخاصة بإعدادات البنية التحتية والتعديلات التي جرى تنفيذها وصيانتها
- تنفيذ خطط الصيانة الدورية لجميع مكونات الشبكة.
- تقديم الاستشارات الفنية المناسبة لتطوير موارد البنية التحتية ومركز البيانات.
- المساهمة في تطبيق أفضل الممارسات والمعايير الدولية المعتمدة NIST Sander في التشغيل وإدارة مكونات البنية التحتية.
- دراسة العروض الفنية المقدمة من قبل الشركات المتخصصة والمشاركة في تقييم جودتها ومدى الاستفادة منها
- النسخ الاحتياطي لمكونات الشبكة والتعافي من الكوارث.
- القدرة على نقل المعرفة وتدريب فريق العمل.
- إنجاز أي مهام وأعمال أخرى متطلبة بما يخدم مصلحة الإدارة.
