Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Advisor to lead strategic solutions in the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical challenges and executive decision-making, focusing on network modernization, satellite technologies, GSM, and spectrum management to drive digital transformation within Saudi Arabia's public sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmap: Advise on the future of 5G, Fiber (FTTx), and Satellite communication systems.

Infrastructure Evolution: Review and modernize Network Architecture to meet global standards.

Spectrum Management: Provide expert technical recommendations on frequency management and wireless networks.

Innovation & AI: Identify opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to boost technical efficiency.

Executive Intelligence: Deliver high-level reports covering risks, strategic decisions, and clear action plans for senior leadership.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Network Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 13 years in telecom network planning and building (Specifically Satellite & GSM).

Leadership: Proven track record in a Senior Advisory or Director-level role with deep experience in the Saudi Public Sector.

Analytical Power: Exceptional ability to transform complex technical data into "decision-ready" strategic plans.

Preferred: TOGAF, PMP, or ITIL certifications; advanced Cloud or Networking credentials.

نبحث عن مستشار تنفيذي أول لتقديم حلول استراتيجية متكاملة في قطاع الاتصالات. دورك المحوري هو تحويل التحديات التقنية المعقدة إلى توصيات وقرارات واضحة تدعم التحول الرقمي في القطاع الحكومي بالمملكة، مع التركيز على تحديث الشبكات وتقنيات الأقمار الصناعية وإدارة الترددات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

رسم الاستراتيجيات: تقديم مشورة خبيرة حول مستقبل تقنيات 5G، الألياف البصرية (FTTx)، وأنظمة الأقمار الصناعية.

تحديث البنية التحتية: مراجعة وتطوير بنية الشبكات لضمان مواكبتها لأحدث المعايير.

إدارة الطيف الترددي: تقديم توصيات فنية متخصصة في إدارة الترددات والشبكات اللاسلكية.

الابتكار والأتمتة: تحديد فرص دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) والأتمتة لرفع كفاءة الخدمات التقنية.

التقارير التنفيذية: إعداد تقارير عالية المستوى للقيادات تشمل المخاطر، والقرارات المطلوبة، والخطوات القادمة بوضوح.

المتطلبات الأساسية

الخلفية التعليمية: بكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات أو هندسة الشبكات.

الخبرة المهنية: 13 سنة على الأقل في تخطيط وبناء شبكات الاتصالات (تركيز خاص على Satellite & GSM).

المستوى القيادي: خبرة سابقة كمستشار أو قيادي (مدير فما فوق) مع فهم عميق لمنظومة القطاع العام في السعودية.

القدرة التحليلية: مهارة استثنائية في تحويل البيانات الفنية إلى خطط عمل وقرارات استراتيجية.

يفضل وجود: شهادات احترافية (TOGAF, PMP, ITIL) أو شهادات متقدمة في الحوسبة السحابية والشبكات.
